Whoa hey look I completed something from Daily Draw finally!

I love how this turned out, The background was really fun to work on despite initial frustration with how draw distance works, and of course, the colored version of my Dylan fakemon sketch, which I've now dubbed Dyladillo, because it's fun to say.

Comments and criticism would be much appreciated. :D

That's really cute, though parts of the background sort of blur together. The foreground however is really nice. Also, is it just me or do you do a lot of pictures in deserty-sandy environments?

Hmm. Yeah, the draw distance is kinda off if the coloring of the background is to be believed. I should probably work on making the transition more smooth or the shapes of the background objects more obvious.

And yeah, desert environments have been a simi-focus of mine for a while, mostly because if I ever did do anything with Dylan, that'd probably be the setting. Unfortunately, like Dylan, I haven't gotten the hang of deserts, but I'm getting there. :)

excuse my awful handwriting
that's just one problem (that was really obvious to me) that really needed to be solved

I figured that for once I'll actually fix any problems with this one.

I added the volumetric lighting, though I do want the farground to have some contrast with the sky, and I made the transition between foreground, midground, and background a little more natural (I think).
