Alright, so a long while ago I've finished reading part 3 of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure. It was awesome, especially the final battle, though part 2 still remains to be my favorite. I'd like to move on to part 4, but the only translation for it available is really bad. Like, it's completely butchered. There's a much better re-translation for it in the process, but it'll take a really long time until it's completely done.

So eventually, I plan to watch Beck Mongolian Chop Squad under Moogle's recommendation. After I do that, I plan to read Berserk.

Becks pretty good. It's been on my watch list for a while, but mostly I've just been sifting through netflix anime.

Watched Sekirei with a friend, really bad ecchi story, dude gets a bunch of alien waifus and has to beat the other alien waifus, but the writing was surprisingly better in some areas than I expected.

Then part of Samurai Champloo.

So the new animated adaption of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure premiered a couple of days ago. That'll most likely be the only anime this season that I'm gonna watch. I just need to find good subs for it. As well as time to watch it.

Yeah, right now it's nothing but JoJo here for me.

Saw the dub of this back when I was first getting into anime and liked it pretty well. Sakaki was my favorite.

Yesss this is amazing. Nia is best. Saw this when it came out. The dub is bleh, but I've heard it was rushed and had a ton of production problems.

Cute Yaoi Ninjas?

Lots of melodrama?

Its... okay. Haven't seen all of it, and only the dub because my friend showed me it on netflix.

Also saw this when it came out. Pretty good adaption. Very QUALITY in some areas, but I never noticed that until the screens came out.

After Steins;Gate this is on my to watch list, though I've also sort of been having problems finding episodes.

I vaguely remember reading a volume of the manga at some point.

I think its great so far. I'm a big fan of the genre though so....

Yeah, I've been told to avoid the dub. Sort of a shame too because I like a lot of the VAs attached to the production. Oh well.

Oh? I suppose there are some Yaoi undertones so far but I don't think its in your face, honestly. Perhaps it starts to become more prevalent towards the end though.

I'll agree with that. There have been some parts that were either rushed, scrapped, or completely tweaked for the sake of cramming everything in.

I highly recommend Steins;Gate. That's one of the better sci-fi anime series I've ever seen, personally.

Its been interesting so far. I'm told it starts off slow and then eventually takes off into being a good series.

@Gurren Lagann: Apparently the orginally dub was really good but it had to scratched. A VA at a con I went to was talking about it.

@Nabari: I'm probably overplaying it, like I said I stopped maybe halfway or so through the series? Though, the melodrama certainly holds true.

@Robotics;Notes: I've seen Steins;Gate, I just meant that after watching and loving it, I've really been wanting to watch R;N. Ruka was best girl.

Last thing I watched was an OAV called Little Witch Academia.
It's all on Youtube via the studio itself. Translated, too.

It's a pretty solid piece of animation. It was produced by Studio Trigger, a group mostly comprised of ex-Gainax staffers who were involved in TTGL and Panty and Stocking. It's part of a Young Japanese Animators program, as well. It has no business being as good as it is.

Studio Trigger in particular is a pretty new studio, made in 2011. Most of their stuff has been small animation support in other series and this is their first official OAV with a new series coming out in May, I believe.

They were also the ones who created Inferno Cop. Which is

Incredible.

Started reading Berserk.

In the very first scene, the main character is having sex with a chick, who then turns into a horrific monster and then he blasts it with his arm cannon.

I love this manga already.

I've been watching Devil Survivor 2 The Animation and it's pretty good. I haven't played the game, but I'm able to tell pretty much what's going on based on my of the first game and the information given, but I think that if I had no knowledge of SMT, I'd be pretty lost.

I decided "!#%$ it" and started reading Part 4 of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, even with the Duwang translation (i.e. very bad).
