Huh.
That's pretty rad. Certainly have to be pretty awake to pull it off properly, I imagine, so THAT WORKS.

And I'll just point out my edit for people who already saw my post since I'm posting again anyways, etcetera, etcetera.

For a second, I thought you were literally saying your pet cat bought you something.
But that'd be ridiculous.
Because you're a dog person.

oh wow did we miss last year?? huh. anyway let's revive this!

- $150 in cash from relatives (probably almost $200 since one relative apparently has yet to give some)
- $50 movie gift card from my boss and a co-worker
- Super Mario Maker and Legend of Zelda: Triforce Heroes from Mom, Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection from Dad though he says he wants to find me another game
- Sonic Lost World Deadly Six Edition from my bro because...he somehow found it at Nintendo World and figured 'why not' since I've been looking for it.
- The Witcher 3: Lost Hunt from my favorite kitty, The Great B-Man.
- Other Steam games from a bunch of people like Crysis 2 and other stuff that I cannot bother to remember.

And I'm still waiting on others I think. Parents asked me about some Zelda books they saw, I think they were Hyrule Historia and some manga. I kinda wish we could go over our 2014 gifts cause I love what I got.

((OOC: Lessee here...

-Nice black sweatshirt for the colder months...when it eventually gets here. This Super El Niño has really mad Canada...not feel like Canada lately. At one point last week, it actually felt like freaking Los Angeles, and that isn't hyperbole, they really said that on the news!
-$50 Visa gift card for whatevs I want.
-New amiibo: Mewtwo, Tom Nook, Pikmin & Olimar, and Retro 8-Bit Mario (I only intend to get one 8-Bit Mario and thankfully I got the one I wanted more since Super Mario Bros., being only a year older than me, is rather nostalgic to me). Along the same vein but in a different design is another Mario figurine where he was stylized to look like the classic Super Mario Bros. official artwork, complete with red overalls instead of blue. It's actually kinda neat!
-Big red travel pack. My family lives far away from me so when it comes time to visit, I usually end up staying awhile so I like to bring some supplies with me, usually a whole gaming console. This thing will help make traveling around much easier now!
-Due to me recently getting into Doctor Who, pretty much everyone close to me got me something related to that show, including a large book/encyclopedia that was released for the 50th Anniversary, a stylized version of Yahtzee that replaces the dice with monsters from the series and the cup with a TARDIS, and a t-shirt that looks like the TARDIS.
-Speaking of books, got another interesting one based around cat breeds as a whole guide on caring for each individual species and what owners can expect.
-Iron Man on Blu-Ray. Can you believe I haven't gotten around to watching this yet? Or any of the MCU for that matter outside of Guardians of the Galaxy? I better get on it.
-Over on Steam, I got myself Broforce and The Walking Dead Season 2, so those were much appreciated.))

It's a YEAR LATE NOW, but yeah sure I guess I could say things I got.

-a bunch of GARBAGE
-From SOME PERSON OR ANOTHER, Ori and the Blind Forest + a Mighty No. 9 pre-order (because pre-ordering never goes wrong)
-From GRODUS OR CRUMP OR WHATEVER, the Talos Principle
-From MR. CRUZADER HIMSELF, Apotheon
-From THE ONE AND ONLY FANTASTIC CAT, Titan Souls
-From MECHA ROBIT MCGEE SUPERGUY, the Square Enix Humble Bundle (was largely for Final Fantasy XIV, but also includes things like, every Tomb Raider game ever just about, Hitman Absolution, Just Cause 1 'n' 2, and a few other assorted things)
-From YOKUBA THE ELFMAN, a little Waluigi doll that's spurred an obsession with the character in my nephew despite him not even knowing he existed beforehand I'm pretty certain
-From the BIRDMASTER FALCON-SENPAI, Crypt of the Necrodancer
-From MY FATHER, a new headset that isn't garbage (ALSO Windows 7 + an SSD, which slipped my mind at first because he got them for me quite early, yet we haven't gotten them working yet even still for reasons)
-cash money $$$ yes
-also some junk food and garbage

I feel like I'm forgetting something from someone, but oh well, that person can just FEEL LIKE LEFT OUT GARBAGE.

I'll totally include the things I bought with the money so far, because why not.
-The Super Sonya skin in Heroes of the Storm (it even has comic book action sound effect bubbles on abilities, how could I resist)
-The League of Explorers adventure in Hearthstone
-totally not my gifts for other people you can't prove anything

Merry Christmas 2016!

I got:

  • A cap and shirt from Keystone, Colorado. The shirt may be too small for me.
  • Money.
  • A calendar for 2017.
  • A book of the Super Mario Adventures comics from Nintendo Power.
  • A knit cap.
  • A shirt from Canada that may also be too small for me.
  • Some Twizzlers and Tic-Tacs.
  • A new heavy jacket to replace the small, paint-stained one I currently have.
  • Two new, green, short-sleeved shirts. Green is my favorite color, after all.
  • New jeans. Holes seem to pop up in the ones I use all the time, so this is appreciated.
  • Death Road to Canada, courtesy of B-Man. Thanks a lot, B!

I still have a bunch of video games from my birthday that I haven't played yet, hence why I didn't ask for many this time.

I'm hoping to try an apple cider recipe for my crockpot later today, or sometime this winter break.

How have you guys's Christmas's been?

-iTunes gift cards
-Bunch of hershey bars
-Some card games for the family to play
-Metal shirts (Metallica, Judas Priest, and Motley Crue)
-New jeans
-Socks
-Panda Express gift cards

-AN HP ELITEBOOK 8530W LAPTOP!!! I still can't believe I actually got this. Probably not good for gaming, but it's a start.

EDIT: Okay yeah, this thing is a toaster. It's nowhere close to being able to run Overwatch properly. But hey, I have my own computer now.

((OOC: Trying to remember everything but...

-Two more amiibo (Waluigi and King Dedede)
-Custom built shelf to store amiibo (the ends look like pipes)
-Another amiibo ? Block carrying case
-Shy Guy plush
-Lots of self made crafts and stuff
-Gift cards
-Final Fantasy IX (Steam)
-Just Cause 3 (Steam)

My family was having a hard year, so the hull has been tiny. But no matter.))

All I really got was the computer that I had bought myself the week of Thanksgiving.

-NZXT S340 (not the fancier tempered glass version though, didn't feel like dropping another $30 on the case)
-i5 6600k
-CM Hyper 212 Evo
-MSI Z170A SLI Plus
-Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x8GB DDR4 RAM
-MSI Gaming X RX 480
-some EVGA 650W modular power supply
-some 240GB Sandisk 2.5" SSD
-some HGST 2TB mechanical drive
-AOC G2460PF for some delicious 144Hz Freesync

I'll probably need to get a couple of intake fans for the front of the case since it only came with two fans blowing out air from the back and the top.
