More Old Spice Man awesomeness. Granted, that awesomeness is slightly diluted by the last 35 seconds of the video going to the creator of the video talking about the Old Spice Channel and how he spent all night making the video and his question going unanswered, but it's still good.

I wouldn't be surprised. I've only ever watched the first episode, but even in that a lot of bands and musicians were mentioned in the span of about two minutes in that episode. I saw that episode a long time I ago, so I don't remember which, but I do think Metallica was among them.

Really? I read the manga, and I never recalled a single mention of a band or a musician through the whole thing. Guess the Anime and Manga are more different than I thought.

Well there's not much you can put into four panels. I guess the anime is just a little more story driven, but you can't have too much story in a Slice of Life series. I suggest giving the anime a watch if you liked the manga. Bandai has recently licensed the first season, so you shouldn't have to wait to long before you can legally watch it.

I have absolutely no idea what they're singing about in the song, but this video is awesome. There's a warning about the video being disturbing if you live in realism, but I didn't really see much if anything that I would consider to be disturbing. Though I suppose your mileage may vary on what is considered disturbing.
